Junior Digital Law Consultant

About the role

Join the Digital Law team at CRANIUM as a Junior Digital Law Consultant, working on live projects that blend AI, data protection and ICT law. You will support clients in applying legal frameworks to real‑world challenges from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on contracting, ICT, AI and data‑protection matters.
• Conduct legal research and translate complex regulations into practical client guidance.
• Participate in client meetings, present findings and propose solutions.
• Identify legal risks early to prevent business blockers.
• Collaborate with consultants in tech, privacy, compliance and security across sectors.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law (LLM in IP & ICT is a plus).
• 1‑3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Strong interest in digital law, emerging technologies and continuous learning.
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, collaborative mindset and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ICT law, AI law and GDPR/data‑protection regulations.
