Investment Funds & ESG Lawyer

About the role

PwC Legal is looking for a Managing Associate Lawyer to join its Investment Funds & ESG regulatory team in Brussels. You will work within a multidisciplinary group of lawyers and consultants, providing end‑to‑end legal solutions for clients operating in the investment funds and sustainability space.

Key responsibilities

• Navigate the complex legal and regulatory landscape of investment funds, handling all aspects of fund regulation and related transactions.
• Advise clients on ESG and sustainability matters, including incorporation of ESG objectives into policies, sustainable financing, stakeholder dialogue and corporate liability.
• Collaborate with business‑law, tax, M&A and other PwC teams across Belgium and internationally to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Belgian Master’s degree in law (LL.M. advantageous) with 4‑7 years of experience in financial law, preferably in investment funds or ESG.
• Strong analytical abilities, excellent written and presentation skills, and proven project‑management experience.
• Team‑player with proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and fluency in English and French or Dutch.
