Junior Customer Relations (French/Dutch/English)

About the role

Join SoftwareOne Academy as a Junior Customer Relations professional, supporting customers in French, Dutch and English. You will handle quote creation, order processing and day‑to‑day requests while working closely with licensing specialists and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Licensing Specialists to provide license expertise during sales.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing quotes, orders and customer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers and partners.
• Expand relationships with key executives and decision‑makers.
• Support account managers in delivering daily services and ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment.

Required profile

• Educational background in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, energetic mindset with interest in sales, business operations and customer relations.
