Junior Auditor – Antwerp (2026 start)

About the role

Join EY's Assurance practice in Antwerp as a Junior Auditor. You will work with a diverse portfolio of clients—from global corporations to family‑owned businesses—helping them verify the accuracy of their financial statements and comply with accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in interim and final audit phases, including risk assessment and internal control testing.
• Interview clients, analyse business processes, and identify audit risks.
• Execute audit procedures on accounting and financial reporting information using EY’s audit methodology.
• Validate inventory quantities and perform substantive testing of financial statements.
• Document findings and support the preparation of audit reports.

Required profile

• Graduating this year with a Master in (Applied) Economics, Business Engineering, Commercial Sciences, or a Bachelor in Accountancy‑Taxation.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset, client‑oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Team player with a sense of autonomy and curiosity.
• Willingness to pursue auditor licensing training (IBR – IRE).
• Available to start in October 2026.
