Junior Accountant

About the role

We are a fast‑growing global premium coliving provider seeking a Junior Accountant to support our international accounting operations. You will help keep financial data accurate, compliant, and ready to inform smart business decisions across our portfolio of shared homes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day accounting tasks for global entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank postings, intercompany transactions and expense processing.
• Prepare and post month‑end journal entries such as accruals, pre‑payments, payroll, fixed assets and revenue recognition.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet accounts each month to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements and management reports.
• Participate in internal and external audits, providing clear documentation as needed.
• Contribute to process‑improvement and automation initiatives and help document accounting procedures.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to maintain smooth and efficient operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑5 years of experience in general “A to Z” accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Adfinity or a similar system.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
