IT Transition Coordinator (Senior, Consultancy)

About the role

Keystone Solutions is looking for a Senior IT Transition Coordinator to act as the interim head of the IT function at a client site for a 12‑month consultancy mission. The role focuses on maintaining operational management and ensuring continuity of digital services while preparing the organization for a sustainable hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operation of the IT function and guarantee service continuity.
• Maintain a consolidated view of the project portfolio, incoming requests and ongoing services.
• Implement demand governance, prioritisation mechanisms and management dashboards.
• Provide budget transparency, cost control and total cost of ownership (TCO) modelling.
• Manage supplier relationships, both private and institutional, ensuring clear accountability.
• Foster a user‑oriented culture by listening to business needs and prioritising them.
• Identify synergies with Keystone Solutions and contribute to rebuilding trust and collaboration.
• Prepare the organisation for a sustainable IT transition, including recruitment framing and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Senior professional with extensive experience in IT consultancy and interim management.
• Proven ability to take over an IT function in a complex environment with short‑term result obligations.
• Strong expertise in demand management, portfolio prioritisation and governance.
• Significant experience managing procurement teams and public‑service consultancy contracts.
• Capability to reconstruct reliable budget visions and establish complete cost models (TCO).
• Deep knowledge of institutional and budgetary frameworks in the public sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, political sense and mediation abilities.
