IT Support Specialist – Brussels

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Brussels. You will provide first‑ and second‑line support, ensuring that end‑users can work efficiently with reliable technology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver 1st and 2nd line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets, and video‑conferencing tools.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem records.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows‑based environments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve complex issues.
• Participate in workstation deployments, upgrades, and testing activities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certified or willing to obtain certification within 3 months.
