IT Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to staff across multiple locations. You will ensure that devices, software and systems run smoothly while helping colleagues adopt new technology efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line IT support for hardware, software, network and mobile device issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure including Wi‑Fi, Cisco telephony, printing solutions and video‑conferencing systems.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimise technology usage and drive adoption.
• Provide training and guidance on best practices for technology use.
• Support the design and rollout of innovative IT solutions.
• Ensure all activities comply with security protocols and data‑protection regulations.

Required profile

• Experience in IT support, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.
• Fluency in English, Dutch and French.
