IT Support Engineer – Brussels (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a modern enterprise environment in Brussels. Working on‑site at least four days a week, you will be the first point of contact for end‑users, handling incidents and service requests in a bilingual Dutch/French setting.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain hardware and software across the organization.
• Provide day‑to‑day support for end‑user IT issues, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers.
• Manage service requests, access management activities and ticket resolution following ITIL best practices.
• Support mobile devices (iOS and Android) and workplace technologies.
• Identify recurring problems and contribute to continuous service improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk roles.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work autonomously.
