IP/Datacom Technical Support Engineer – Graduate Program

About the role

Huawei Europe is looking for a motivated graduate to join its IP/Datacom Technical Support team in Brussels. You will work closely with Huawei partners and customers to deliver and maintain IP and datacom network solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery and implementation of IP and Datacom projects in collaboration with partners and customers.
• Assist in network deployment activities, including configuration, integration, testing and commissioning of equipment.
• Participate in maintenance and support operations, troubleshooting, fault isolation and resolution of network issues.
• Contribute to preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure network stability.
• Deliver technical training, workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions for partner enablement.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports and implementation guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, multicultural teams to meet project milestones and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IP networking and datacom technologies (routing, switching, TCP/IP).
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and develop technical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and international environment.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Flemish is a strong advantage.
