Business Developer – Google RCS for Business (RBM)

About the role

RingRing is expanding its commercial team to promote Google RCS for Business (RBM) across various use cases. As a Business Developer you will focus on acquiring new customers and growing the accounts you win.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and close new B2B, integrator, enterprise and public‑sector clients for RCS/RBM.
• Migrate existing SMS customers to RCS, expand those accounts and nurture relationships.
• Guide clients through onboarding steps – brand verification, use‑case definition, testing and carrier launch – with product and technical support.
• Prepare commercial proposals and technical offers, including private tenders.
• Participate in network and partner events and monitor the RCS ecosystem for new opportunities.

Required profile

• 3‑5+ years of proactive/reactive business development or sales experience, preferably in telecom, CPaaS or SaaS.
• Understanding of the A2P messaging ecosystem (RCS, RBM agents, aggregators, carriers) or strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Affinity with technical products such as APIs, messaging platforms or SaaS solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen, results‑driven and autonomous.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in Dutch and/or French plus English.
• Residency in Belgium.
