Investment Analyst – Conscious Consumer

About the role

Korys is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its Conscious Consumer team, which invests in businesses reshaping food, agriculture, health, and broader consumption systems across Europe. You will work across the full investment lifecycle, from sourcing deals to supporting portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and manage a pipeline of direct and fund investment opportunities.
• Map value chains, consumer trends, business models and emerging technologies to build a point of view on value creation.
• Conduct in‑depth market, strategic and financial analysis, including valuation and performance assessment.
• Prepare investment memoranda, transaction structures and negotiation materials.
• Engage with portfolio companies on strategic, financial and operational initiatives and monitor their performance.
• Develop relationships with founders, co‑investors, advisors and ecosystem partners.

Required profile

• Strong interest in food, nutrition, health, sustainability and consumer behaviour.
• Ability to switch between analytical depth and entrepreneurial reality.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a fast‑learning mindset.
• Motivation to work closely with founder‑led businesses.

Required skills

• Advanced spreadsheet modelling (e.g., Excel).
