Insurance Consultant – Employee Benefits

About the role

Join Accenture's Insurance team to help leading insurers in Belgium and Europe transform their Employee Benefits business. You will work on strategic, operational and technology‑driven programmes, supporting clients from strategy through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic and operational transformation projects for insurance clients.
• Analyse business processes, operating models, customer journeys and technology landscapes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement initiatives focused on operational excellence, digital transformation, customer experience and innovation.
• Provide expertise in Employee Benefits and Group Insurance across client engagements.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and working sessions with business and technology teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in consulting, insurance, project management, business transformation or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits (pensions, group life, disability) products, processes and market dynamics.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex transformation environments.
