Interim B2B Commercial Director – Brussels

About the role

This high‑visibility interim position is based in Brussels and focuses on bringing structure to budget, performance and cross‑functional alignment within a fast‑moving B2B environment. You will lead a commercial and product organisation through a critical transition period, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the 2027 budget construction cycle, aligning assumptions across segments, products and sales channels and presenting results to senior leadership.
• Manage a 13‑person commercial and product team, setting monthly objectives, reviewing KPIs, tracking risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Drive the B2B omnichannel platform project, coordinating cross‑functional teams, launching the pilot and reporting progress, risks and decisions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a General Manager, Business Unit Director or equivalent senior executive, preferably with at least one successful interim assignment.
• Senior commercial or operational leadership experience in logistics, B2B services, supply chain or related industries, with multidisciplinary team leadership and budget/P&L responsibility.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and strong English; available immediately and based in or able to commute to Brussels.
• Nice‑to‑have exposure to B2B omnichannel, last‑mile or platform‑based logistics and knowledge of the Belgian market or international experience.
