Integrations Software Engineer

About the role

Qargo is seeking an Integrations Software Engineer to join its Ghent office. You will design, build and evolve the integration platform that connects the Transport Management System with external ERP, telematics, warehouse and partner solutions. The role combines hands‑on engineering with close collaboration across product, customer success and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain integrations between Qargo TMS and external systems such as ERP, telematics and warehouse management.
• Extend the integration platform to improve system coupling, flexibility and reliability.
• Collaborate with clients, partners and internal teams to understand integration needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure scalability, reliability and security of integrations using best practices in API development and data exchange.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise integration performance.
• Automate processes to streamline logistics operations.
• Align integration work with overall platform architecture alongside the engineering team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in software engineering or systems integration, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of API design and data exchange.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
