Insurance Senior Analyst

About the role

As an Insurance Senior Analyst at Accenture, you will help shape and deliver innovative solutions for clients in the insurance and financial services sectors. You will work on international IT transformation projects, manage your own scope, and leverage emerging AI trends to enhance client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of client‑focused insurance solutions.
• Manage your own work scope within multi‑national transformation programmes.
• Analyse complex business issues and propose effective, technology‑driven solutions.
• Contribute to high‑value outcomes by applying Accenture’s client value propositions.
• Collaborate with peers, share expertise, and help grow project teams.
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities to improve client services.

Required profile

• Work experience in at least one insurance domain (e.g., Life or Non‑Life).
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French; English is mandatory.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a defined scope.
• Experience with requirements analysis and solution description.
• Familiarity with various delivery methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with near‑shore or off‑shore teams is a plus.
• Interest or affinity for AI is an advantage.
