SAP Domain Architect Supply Chain Management (SCM)

About the role

Ypto NV is looking for a Senior SAP Domain Architect specialized in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to lead the design and implementation of the end‑to‑end SCM architecture for NMBS’s shERPa transformation. The role focuses on demand‑ and supply‑planning, inventory, warehouse, procurement, logistics execution and maintenance supply chain within a safety‑critical rail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define the target S/4HANA SCM architecture for depot operations, rolling‑stock maintenance flows and critical spare‑parts logistics.
• Lead full‑lifecycle S/4HANA SCM implementations as Domain Architect.
• Own solution design for Inventory Management, Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management and SAP Business Network.
• Model processes and enterprise capabilities using ADOIT or ARIS for governance and compliance.
• Conduct workshops with senior stakeholders from Supply Chain, Rolling Stock, Infrastructure Engineering and Finance.
• Validate delivery‑team outputs, ensure adherence to the future‑state architecture and support integration with safety‑critical stocking policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in SAP SCM, including MM, IM, WM/EWM, TM and integration with SAP Plant Maintenance.
• Proven experience as a Domain Architect on at least one full‑lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Background in an asset‑intensive, logistics‑intensive or regulated industry such as rail, utilities or MRO.
• Fluency in Dutch or French (C1/C2) and English (minimum B1).
• Availability to work onsite in Brussels (near Brussels‑Midi) at least two days per week.
