Inside Sales Representative - Middle East & Africa

About the role

Anyseals, an international specialist in high-quality sealing solutions, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative for its Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. You will develop new business and grow existing customer accounts across the MEA region, working closely with the External Sales Representative.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively prospect for new customers and open new accounts.
• Identify and convert commercial opportunities into sales.
• Develop existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on customer requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Monitor sales activities and collaborate with the sales team.

Required profile

• A strong hunter mentality and a genuine drive to win new business.
• Commercial and/or technical background.
• Experience in B2B sales and/or customer service.
• Fluent English and French, spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with MEA markets or technical products is an asset.
• Proactive, persuasive, customer-oriented and results-driven.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with Excel and general IT tools.
