Innovation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Innovation Consultant to join a leading business performance consultancy operating across more than 15 countries. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise‑level clients through R&D strategy, tax optimisation, and subsidy opportunities while managing projects from intake to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client R&D situations, identify challenges and opportunities.
• Conduct fiscal analyses and prepare tax and grant optimisation recommendations.
• Liaise with stakeholders such as BELSPO and tax authorities to secure subsidies.
• Present findings to clients and serve as the main point of contact during implementation.
• Own the full project lifecycle, including intake, analysis, presentation, and account management.

Required profile

• 2–10 years of consulting experience in a similar role.
• Master’s degree.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Detail‑oriented challenger who enjoys reinventing processes.
