German‑Speaking Customer Service Representative – Banking

About the role

We are looking for a fluent German speaker to join our banking client‑relationship team in Brussels. You will be the primary point of contact for German‑speaking customers, handling inquiries by phone and email while promoting a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for German‑speaking customers, answering questions via phone and email.
• Assist customers with banking products, services, account‑related requests and transaction support.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in German while adhering to banking regulations and internal procedures.
• Build positive relationships by delivering excellent customer service and sharing knowledge with teammates.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• Enjoy helping people and providing high‑quality customer service.
• Comfortable communicating with a variety of customers.
• Fluent in German with a good level of English or French.
• Patient, friendly, professional and eager to learn banking products and procedures.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and a team player.
