Implementation Team Lead

About the role

Klipboard is seeking an Implementation Team Lead to supervise a group of consultants and help customers maximise the value of our ERP and SaaS platforms. You will combine people leadership with hands‑on expertise to ensure successful software roll‑outs and continuous improvement for our global distributive‑trade clients.

Key responsibilities

• Line‑manage Implementation Consultants, providing coaching, performance reviews and regular 1‑2‑1 meetings.
• Approve team expenditure and annual leave in line with company policies.
• Oversee delivery standards, ensuring high utilisation and billable productivity.
• Act as first‑line escalation point for customer issues, resolving complaints promptly and involving wider stakeholders when needed.
• Facilitate rapid onboarding of new consultants to become productive.
• Coordinate stakeholder communication to align solutions with business needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading consulting or implementation teams in a professional‑services environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP and SaaS solutions for the distributive trade sector.
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to drive change.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
