IAM Consultant – Identity & Access Management

About the role

As an IAM Consultant within the Infrastructure and Security practice, you will work closely with the team to operate, monitor, improve, and develop Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and tools. You will ensure that access management services run smoothly and support the organization’s overall security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee proper execution of access management services and handle IAM incidents.
• Guide end‑users through access request management and resolve related issues.
• Monitor system performance, applying defined processes when problems arise.
• Analyze application access rules, review and refine business roles (RBAC).
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators for the Access Management Service.
• Document processes according to client and internal standards.
• Participate in IAM strategy definition, assessments, and gap analysis.
• Contribute to long‑term projects that consolidate IAM tools and enhance the security environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interest in IT security and willingness to contribute to organizational security.
• Ability to work autonomously while being an effective team player.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.
