Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department at Menarini Benelux. Reporting to the Finance & Administration Director, you will guide a team of three HR professionals and support the growth of our 162‑person organization across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to the Management Team, advising on recruitment, dismissal, sickness, performance management, talent development, organisational design and labour issues.
• Oversee payroll and benefits for three countries, manage HR tools (SD Worx and We People), coordinate bonus plans and maintain remuneration policies.
• Lead recruitment (excluding sales & marketing), manage external suppliers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Develop, implement and evaluate HR policies, and coordinate local and international HR projects.
• Participate in works council and employee representative consultations, and coordinate health, safety and office equipment matters with the prevention advisor and Mensura.
• Prepare the annual HR budget with Accounting and deliver accurate HR reporting to the holding company, auditors and finance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; legal training is a strong asset.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Manager, Payroll Professional or HR Generalist.
• Deep practical knowledge of labour law, payroll systems and HR best practices.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with very good English communication skills.
