Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Human Resources Business Partner to work directly with the CEO and senior leadership of the Aptco Group. You will help shape and harmonise compensation, benefits, performance management and HR operations across a fast‑growing international laboratory‑instrument business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted sparring partner to the CEO and leadership team on people and organisation topics.
• Design and roll out a group‑wide compensation and job architecture for hiring, pay decisions and career paths.
• Implement a performance‑management framework (goals, check‑ins, appraisals) and drive manager adoption.
• Standardise annual compensation, promotion and incentive cycles across all entities.
• Define Group HR versus local responsibilities and escalation paths.
• Build and maintain benefits programmes in coordination with providers and local teams.
• Lead HR change initiatives and support integration of acquisitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a multi‑country, fast‑growing environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design scalable compensation and performance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Hands‑on, pragmatic approach with a focus on delivering results.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
