HR & Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

AYES Belgium is looking for an enthusiastic HR & Recruiter to join its international, people‑focused team. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to broader HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and company culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Actively source talent on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Conduct interviews, maintain clear communication with candidates, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Maintain HR databases and recruitment trackers, keeping data accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
• Support employer branding efforts and enhance the company’s social media presence.
• Assist with general HR activities such as employee engagement events, administrative tasks and internal communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good foundation in the other language, plus English.
