HR Operations Manager – Europe

About the role

KitchenAid, part of the Whirlpool Corporation, is seeking an HR Operations Manager for Europe. This senior leader will ensure seamless delivery of HR services across multiple European locations, covering payroll, benefits, and the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a regional HR Operations team across several European sites.
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs to guarantee high‑quality service delivery.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex operational issues in the region.
• Manage contracts and relationships with third‑party HR vendors such as payroll and benefits providers.
• Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring 100% accuracy and statutory compliance.
• Partner with external payroll providers and local brokers to administer health insurance, pension schemes and other fringe benefits.
• Conduct regular audits of payroll and benefits data to maintain GDPR compliance.
• Handle onboarding, employee data changes, leaves of absence, contract amendments and off‑boarding processes in line with local legislation.
• Stay current on EU labor laws and social security regulations, updating policies as needed.
• Standardise HR processes where possible while respecting local legal nuances.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience managing a multi‑country HR Operations team.
• Strong knowledge of EU and country‑specific labor compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to optimise processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including coordination with procurement, legal and finance.
