HR Manager Retail International

About the role

Reporting to the Global HR Director, you will act as a key business partner for the global commercial department, supporting retail operations in Belgium and across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the US. You will work closely with local HR teams and the Head Office to drive people initiatives, talent management and HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial managers to advise on all HR matters, team organization and performance management.
• Serve as the central HR contact for retail employees in the regions.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for Belgium and support regional hiring, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, salary proposals and onboarding.
• Ensure balanced talent profiles in terms of seniority, language, business expertise and fashion sense.
• Collaborate on talent identification, retention plans and career path development.
• Execute major annual HR processes such as budget exercises, headcount monitoring, performance and compensation reviews, and talent reviews.
• Analyse HR data and key indicators with the Total Rewards & HR Data Analytics Manager and propose action plans.
• Coordinate HR processes across zones, including performance evaluations, salary revisions, internal mobility and HRIS updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner in a retail or commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, performance management and talent development.
• Ability to work across multiple regions and cultures, with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret HR metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
