HR Generalist – Recruitment & Employee Development

About the role

As an HR Generalist you will support the full employee lifecycle for Swissport Cargo Services Belgium, from attracting talent to fostering employee growth. You will work across our Brussels and Liège sites, partnering with managers and colleagues to create a positive workplace experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑ and white‑collar positions, including managers.
• Develop talent pipelines and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and help new hires settle in quickly.
• Assist managers with performance reviews, talent development plans, and employee growth initiatives.
• Promote employer branding at job fairs, networking events, and through internal communications.
• Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes in both locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience with hands‑on recruitment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch and French, with good English proficiency.
• Proactive, people‑oriented and comfortable in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work regularly on‑site in Brussels and Liège.
