HR Coordinator – Employee Life Cycle & Local HR Operations

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious HR professional early in their career to join our local team in Diegem. You will manage the full employee life cycle, collaborate with a Shared Service Center, and ensure the local implementation of global HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, career development, and off‑boarding processes.
• Provide HR guidance to employees and managers, serving as the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Coordinate payroll, contract administration, absence tracking, and other HR operations with the Shared Service Center.
• Localize and implement global HR strategies, including well‑being, diversity & inclusion, and talent management programs.
• Maintain compliance with Belgian labour laws and corporate policies, updating documentation as needed.
• Manage local facilities, office administration, and fleet-related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labour legislation and HR processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to handle operational recruitment and office management duties.
