HR Business Partner – Tax & Legal

About the role

Join Deloitte Tax & Legal as an HR Business Partner and become a trusted advisor for a dynamic internal client group of 200‑250 employees. You will work closely with specialist HR teams and help shape the future of HR processes across onboarding, performance, mobility, engagement and talent reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruitment, payroll, talent development and knowledge teams to deliver seamless HR services.
• Define, manage and continuously improve core HR processes such as onboarding, performance & talent management, mobility and retention.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand organisational needs and propose talent solutions.
• Identify broader talent challenges and contribute ideas for strategic HR initiatives.
• Participate in national HR projects, applying project‑management skills to drive results.

Required profile

• Passion for Human Resources and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail and comfort working in a fast‑changing environment.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate in French and Dutch.
• Team player with a flexible, proactive personality and a good sense of humour.
• Relevant first professional experience in a similar HR role is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
