Hotel Operations Coordinator – Brussels

About the role

As an on‑site Operations Coordinator at Numa, you will be the central point ensuring that every guest experiences a flawless, clean and on‑brand environment across our Brussels property. You will work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance and remote Guest Experience teams, using Numa’s tech‑enabled processes to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily room inspections, identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to raise room quality.
• Monitor arrivals, lead daily housekeeping briefings and walk all public areas to guarantee they are guest‑ready.
• Schedule and attend maintenance appointments, ensure rooms are ready for check‑in and oversee external partner services such as gyms or breakfast providers.
• Proactively spot, report and resolve discrepancies before they affect guests, analysing reviews and on‑site requests for root causes.
• Manage back‑of‑house operations including storage, stock handling, deliveries and local compliance.
• Assist the remote ICT team with on‑site tech troubleshooting and act as the physical hands for technology deployment.
• Maintain clear communication by logging issues and escalating developments to relevant teams.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and obsessive about guest‑room standards.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues quickly.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable over‑communicating with multiple internal teams.
• Ability to work independently on‑site while coordinating with remote colleagues.
• Flexibility to handle a variety of operational tasks in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
