Hospitality Management Traineeship

About the role

Nestia Hospitality Group offers a 24‑month intensive development pathway designed to prepare you for a senior management position within its hotel portfolio or central teams. Starting in September 2026, you will rotate through multiple properties and departments, gaining hands‑on operational experience and strategic exposure.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hotel operations across rotating locations.
• Optimize operational processes and maintain high quality standards.
• Support revenue management, HR, sales & marketing, finance and operations projects.
• Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives and hotel development programmes.
• Actively drive continuous performance and service improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Hotel Management, Marketing, Finance or Human Resources.
• Clear ambition to build a management career in high‑end hospitality.
• Fluency in English and French or Dutch.
• Strong customer orientation, responsible mindset and proactive attitude.
• Willingness to travel between properties as required.
