About the role
The Holiday Inn Brussels Airport is seeking an enthusiastic Banquet Supervisor to lead its Food & Beverage service during conferences, meetings, private events and banquets. You will ensure seamless event execution while delivering memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain high service standards for all events, from set‑up to breakdown.
- Coordinate event layouts according to guest specifications and hotel standards.
- Facilitate clear communication between kitchen, sales and operations teams.
- Welcome guests, address requests promptly and resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation and compliance with HACCP and safety procedures.
- Prepare and maintain function rooms before, during and after events.
Required profile
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in banqueting or events.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Team‑player with a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are advantageous.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of HACCP procedures.
