Hospital Sales Representative – Neurology & Psychiatry

About the role

Lundbeck is seeking a Hospital Sales Representative to promote its specialty psychiatry and neurology portfolio across hospitals in South‑East Wallonia (Liège, Namur and Luxembourg). You will combine clinical knowledge with strategic account management to create value for healthcare professionals while driving sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans for the assigned region.
• Build trusted partnerships with physicians, pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify growth opportunities using data‑driven insights and local market knowledge.
• Support implementation of commercial strategies while ensuring full compliance with Lundbeck policies and local regulations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Sales, Marketing and Medical to improve patient outcomes.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a scientific field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device or specialty healthcare sales, preferably hospital sales.
• Fluent in French and professional English; Dutch is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
• Ability to meet credentialing requirements of healthcare institutions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
