Field Marketing Executive – Distribution (Liège)

About the role

As a Field Marketing Executive Distribution, you will be one of the faces of Milwaukee in the Liège region. You’ll work closely with our distribution partners, meet professional end users every day and bring our innovations to life through powerful demonstrations, training sessions and events.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Milwaukee across our distribution network in the Liège region.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations to distributors and professional end users.
• Advise users on the full Milwaukee ecosystem, including power tools, accessories, hand tools, storage solutions, Outdoor Power Equipment and PPE.
• Understand end‑user applications and connect their needs with the right Milwaukee solutions.
• Identify new commercial opportunities and convert professional users to Milwaukee.
• Support distribution partners in increasing Milwaukee's visibility and growth.
• Organise and participate in demonstration days, events, trade shows, open days and other commercial activities.
• Continuously develop product and commercial knowledge to become a trusted Milwaukee expert in your region.
• Work closely with Sales, Job Site Solutions and Marketing teams to maximise commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Energetic, curious and comfortable approaching new people.
• Eager to learn, enjoys meeting people and wants to build a commercial career.
• At the beginning of your career or already have some initial commercial experience.
• Interest in technical products, professional tools or the construction and industrial environment.
• Confidence in presenting, demonstrating and engaging with people.
• Natural ability to build relationships with different types of customers and end users.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset – you see opportunities and act on them.
• Ability to work independently while enjoying being part of an ambitious team.
• Fluency in French and the ability to communicate confidently in English.
• Valid driving licence (B).
