HIIT Instructor - Antwerp

About the role

Rite is seeking energetic HIIT instructors to lead high‑intensity interval training classes in Antwerp. You will join the Rite Academy, learn the company’s signature approach, and coach dynamic workouts that challenge participants and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver at least six HIIT classes per week, covering mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Design and execute high‑energy group sessions that align with Rite’s training methodology.
• Motivate participants, ensure safety, and provide feedback to help them achieve fitness goals.
• Participate in an audition on August 30 and a bootcamp on September 6.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule with availability for daytime, evening, and weekend classes.
• Passionate, motivational, and able to create an uplifting community atmosphere.
• Personal Trainer certification (or in progress) or a background as a kinesist or physiotherapist.
