Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure product quality across our operational departments. You will act as the main point of contact for quality matters, applying ISO 9001 standards and internal procedures while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee product quality according to ISO 9001 and internal standards, handling escalations when quality is at risk.
• Lead internal audits, benchmark the quality system, write and validate procedures, and support their implementation on the production floor.
• Collaborate daily with operational teams using MS Office and the current QMS system.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Bio‑engineering or a related scientific field (PhD is a plus).
• Approximately 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ALCOA, GDP and familiarity with Excipact.
• Excellent Dutch language skills, professional English, and French is a plus.
• Proven ability to perform root‑cause analyses, engage stakeholders assertively, and adapt flexibly to changing situations.
