Key responsibilities

• Lead long‑term research initiatives on intelligent decision systems, reasoning architectures, and automation capabilities.
• Identify emerging AI, signal modelling, structured judgment, and computational reasoning opportunities.
• Design, prototype, and validate experimental frameworks for decision intelligence and system architecture.
• Develop reusable methodologies, logic models, and foundational components for product and engineering teams.
• Establish rigorous experimentation standards, evaluation methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Advise senior leadership on strategic technology directions and technical differentiation.
• Assess future market needs and enterprise challenges to anticipate new applications.
• Formalize complex concepts into scalable, structured, and actionable frameworks.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in research, AI systems design, computational modelling, or advanced analytics.
• Strong expertise in systems thinking, formal reasoning, and structured decision‑making frameworks.
• Proven ability to turn abstract research concepts into practical, scalable solutions.
• Experience leading exploratory initiatives in ambiguous, long‑term innovation environments.
• Demonstrated success solving highly complex problems and creating novel technical approaches.
