Head of Creative Marketing

About the role

This senior position leads the creative marketing function for a fast‑growing digital product portfolio. Based in Belgium, you will shape the advertising strategy, drive paid‑acquisition performance and mentor a high‑performing creative team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic creative marketing strategy to maximise paid traffic across multiple products.
• Lead the end‑to‑end creation of advertising concepts, from ideation through production to final assets.
• Manage, coach and grow the Creative Marketing team, fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Coordinate production workflows and schedules to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality creatives.
• Partner with User Acquisition managers to align creative output with campaign goals and performance targets.
• Build scalable creative production processes and introduce best‑practice workflows.
• Design testing methodologies, monitor creative performance and provide data‑driven optimisation recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing department or similar function.
• Strong understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing principles.
• Proven ability to develop innovative advertising concepts that deliver measurable business results.
• Hands‑on experience with creative testing and performance optimisation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
