Groups, Events & Front Office Coordinator

About the role

As a Groups, Events and Front Office Coordinator at Mövenpick Brussels Airport, you will be the pivotal link between guests, operational teams and group/event clients. You will ensure every guest journey—from the first inquiry to departure—is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, personalized guest experience and act as a hotel ambassador.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests, organizers, corporate clients and VIPs.
• Follow up on group and event requests, coordinate rooming lists, and prepare function sheets.
• Facilitate communication between Front Office, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Support reception operations when needed and participate in service‑improvement projects.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, events, sales support or hotel operations.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
