Global Commercial Director – Event Agency (French speaking)

About the role

egg is seeking a Global Commercial Director to lead its commercial function across multiple markets. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape growth strategy, drive new‑business acquisition and ensure the agency delivers profitable results while maintaining its creative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop international business‑development and commercial teams.
• Define and execute a global commercial growth strategy, identifying priority markets, sectors and clients.
• Build a data‑driven commercial function with robust pipeline management, forecasting and conversion discipline.
• Conduct senior‑level client conversations and support strategic opportunities.
• Foster a high‑performance culture based on accountability, ownership and results.
• Champion smarter ways of working, leveraging AI, technology and data to improve effectiveness.
• Align commercial priorities with broader business goals in partnership with leadership.
• Oversee commercial marketing assets, proposals, case studies and market‑facing content.

Required profile

• Significant commercial leadership experience within an event‑agency environment.
• Proven track record of driving international business growth through data‑informed decision‑making.
• Experience leading high‑performing commercial teams.
• Strong understanding of pipeline management, agency economics, forecasting and KPI‑driven growth.
• Fluent in French and English.
