Fullstack Software Engineer – Product Platform

About the role

Alan is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join its Product Platform team. You will help build reusable internal services that power multiple product flows, enabling faster delivery of health‑prevention insurance experiences for millions of members.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core APIs and systems such as payment, messaging, document processing, and pricing engines.
• Contribute to shared platforms, including AI services, that are adopted across product teams.
• Build operational tooling, dashboards, and automation to improve reliability, observability, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product crews to define clear interfaces and ensure high‑quality, reusable building blocks.
