Fullstack Software Engineer – Payroll & Benefits Platform

About the role

Alan is building a next‑generation prevention insurance platform that combines insurance, prevention and care. As a Fullstack Software Engineer you will help shape the employee affiliation engine that powers payroll, billing and benefits for thousands of companies across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services in Python/Flask that process high‑volume lifecycle events.
• Build and enhance front‑end features using React and React Native for HR teams.
• Create seamless integrations with external HR systems such as Payfit and Workday.
• Automate workflows at scale to support companies of all sizes.
• Ensure billing accuracy and reliability, delivering a delightful invoicing experience.
• Collaborate closely with product, design and operations to deliver a unified user experience.
