Full‑Stack Software Craftsperson (Frappe/ERPNext)

About the role

This position is for a hands‑on Full‑Stack Software Craftsperson based in Belgium, working within a modern ERP ecosystem. You will design, build and maintain production‑grade applications using the Frappe/ERPNext platform, operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain custom applications in the Frappe bench ecosystem, extending ERP functionality via server scripts, client scripts and custom DocTypes.
• Implement hooks, controllers and REST APIs while ensuring proper role‑based access control.
• Debug and resolve issues across development and production environments to guarantee stability and performance.
• Participate in requirement‑gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Contribute to deployment activities, user acceptance testing and smooth feature adoption.
• Maintain high‑quality code using Git, perform code reviews and follow engineering best practices.
• Improve system observability, developer experience and engineering standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with the Frappe framework and ERPNext ecosystem.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently without heavy supervision.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with users and cross‑functional teams.

• MariaDB or MySQL (schema design and queries)

• Linux/Ubuntu command‑line environment

• Frappe Cloud or self‑hosted deployment and basic DevOps practices (good to have)
