Fullstack Engineer – Contract Lifecycle Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Fullstack Engineer to own the contract lifecycle platform that powers Alan’s B2B insurance business. You will work on a product that handles everything from proposal creation to renewals, amendments, alternatives and terminations across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable renewal engine that reduces manual work and errors.
• Build a single global contracting/subscription stack for France, Belgium, Spain, Canada and future markets.
• Develop internal tools such as a Proposal Builder and Account Hub with clear contract history and context.
• Improve the admin experience by exposing compliance signals, alternatives and termination status.
• Ensure clean, consistent contracting data that serves as the foundation for downstream claims, billing and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience building end‑to‑end platforms for complex business processes.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with an ops‑first approach.
• Ability to collaborate with product, design and operations teams across several countries.
• Comfort working in a fast‑growing, international environment.
