Full Stack Developer (Python/React)

About the role

ATCON is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join its Python/React development service. The role focuses on building and enhancing an AI‑driven platform used internally for communication between agents. You will work within an agile team, follow client standards, and deliver high‑quality code.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services using Python, FastAPI and Java Spring.
• Develop RESTful APIs, service‑oriented architectures, and message‑queue integrations (RabbitMQ).
• Create and maintain relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) with SQLAlchemy ORM.
• Build responsive user interfaces with React, modern JavaScript, HTML and CSS, leveraging NX for micro‑frontend management.
• Implement DevOps practices: containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Argo CD.
• Write automated tests (Pytest) and ensure security compliance (SAML, OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID).
• Collaborate with team members, communicate progress, and take ownership of tasks.

Required profile

• Strong experience in modern backend and frontend development.
• Solid understanding of DevOps and cloud‑native architectures.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, accountable mindset.
