Front Office Supervisor Trainee (Internship)

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on introduction to front‑office operations within a busy hotel environment. You will support the Front Office Manager and gain exposure to guest experience management, reservations, and daily administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reception duties, including guest check‑in, check‑out, and payment processing.
• Register and verify reservation details according to hotel procedures.
• Handle email correspondence, confirmations, offers, and information requests.
• Control individual and group bookings in line with company policies.
• Provide guests with information on restaurants, bars, city tours, and local attractions.
• Maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS) and ensure end‑of‑day/month accuracy.
• Assist with stock tracking, staff scheduling, and implementation of new hotel products or solutions.
• Monitor guest feedback, respond to OTA reviews, and conduct satisfaction checks.
• Analyze commissions, track no‑shows, and manage OTA performance.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and eager to learn front‑of‑house operations.
• Strong communication skills in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑service oriented with a responsible attitude.
• Analytical mindset and ability to handle critical situations.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Opera Cloud (preferred).
