About the role
Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Front Office Receptionist and become the first point of contact for guests, delivering the brand’s signature "Yes I Can!" service. You will play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences from check‑in to check‑out and everything in‑between.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth and efficient check‑in/check‑out processes.
- Provide accurate information, answer inquiries, and resolve guest issues promptly.
- Maintain the front desk area, keeping it organized and presentable.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Document guest interactions and transactions in the property management system.
