Front Office Internship – Guest Services

About the role

Join The Hoxton, Brussels as a Front Office Intern and become the first friendly face guests encounter. You will support the Front Office team in delivering the distinctive "Hoxton way" of hospitality, ensuring every stay feels personal and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out, and verify billing accuracy.
• Assist the Front Office Manager with overbooking situations and daily operations.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest requests, and provide local recommendations for shows, restaurants, and attractions.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as expense tracking, list management, and stationery ordering.
• Collaborate with all hotel departments to maintain a lively and efficient environment.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome.
• Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and willingness to try new approaches.
• Good sense of humor and ability to stay calm in unexpected situations.
• Availability for a minimum of 3‑4 months internship.
