About the role
As a Front Office Agent at Motel One, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome at check‑in and a genuine farewell at departure. You will work in a multicultural team, supporting both front‑office and back‑office operations while delivering high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage guest arrivals and departures, including check‑in and check‑out procedures.
- Review and process bookings, handle overbookings and reservation options.
- Perform invoicing tasks, manage payments, and conduct cash transactions and cash‑up.
- Carry out organisational and administrative duties such as handling no‑shows, responding to emails, and maintaining front‑office records.
- Collaborate with other departments to gain insights into new areas of activity.
Required profile
- Completed apprenticeship in the hotel trade or relevant professional experience in the hotel/catering industry, or a career changer with strong hospitality interest.
- Excellent sense of quality and service, with genuine hosting skills.
- Strong communication abilities and solid command of English.
- Team‑player attitude, willing to assist across departments to achieve collective results.
